Please File Claims in a Timely Manner

Greetings.

Happy 4th of July to all those from the United States.

A friendly reminder to please file claims! The mental model to use: Would a prudent person, looking at the same information, think a claim might result from the circumstances? If so, file the claim with your insurance company.

If not, at least document your patient notes with the circumstances and the reasoning for not filing a claim. This will be very handy to have if a claim results in the future.
